       2) Confirmation of Lease/Rent  amount from Towne Planning department .

       3) Maintain Property Records.

       4)Implementation of Hawkers Policy.

       5) Collection of Rent  at Ward Office level.

                     a) Ward Offices  can provide permission up to 11 months

                     b) Land & Estate  Department can provide permission up to 30 years.
