Description :

1) Preparation of draft Development Plan for additional area included in Municipal Corporation limits in 1997.

2) Implementation of above development plan and implementation of development plan sanctioned in 1995. 

 

Zone Certificate	(Certificate mentioning) the zones or reservations/roads shown in a particular survey number of a village as per the proposals of the sanctioned or draft development plan.
Part Plan	Part plan showing the zones or reservations/roads shown in a particular survey number of a village as per the proposals of the sanctioned or draft development plan.
Development plan opinion	Showing the proposals of the sanctioned or draft development plan (zones /reservations/roads) on the City Survery Sheets or the measurement plans submitted by the concerned owners.
Road widening marking	A letter mentioning the actual and sanctioned set-back of a constructed building, constructed as per approved building plan from proposed road/road widening shown in the sanctioned/draft development plan.
